How do you get the 2008 bubble chat?

I’m trying to make a old Roblox game and I saw RetroStudio having the 2008 bubble chat, how would I get it?

I am not an OG, but I think I know what you buddy mean.

What you will have to do won’t be easy, but you can try if you want it so much.
You will need to create additional UI for the chat in your game. This UI should be just like you want, from 2008,2018,2028?!

Now after you will need to create a script that will replace each and every UI system of every player once the load in the game. For help you can use the stuff that is being loaded in the player from the start of the game.
