I would say 8/10
I think you should add a texture to the green floor (the grass) and make the fountain a little bigger.
But the rest looks very good, nice job!

Iβm assuming youβre going for a low-poly styled tycoon game? If so, decent 7. My main suggestion would be to reduce the tree trunkβs thickness as it looks slightly odd.

Add different type of trees
Add building (small buildings)
Add broken trees or dead trees
You could add the developer(s) avatar(s) to the spawn

I give 10/10 to the grassy area, but I give 0/10 to road
The road just feels weird, yellow lines, when they arenβt even full, and they are just small.
In total, I give it 10/20 or 5/10
