How do you make certain parts of the body face the camera in first person?

Hello developers,

I will go straight to whatever I want to achieve with examples and good explanations.
First, this is how Roblox work:

Second, what I want to do:
When the player is in the first person and moves his camera, only the upper torso with the hands&head face to the camera direction.

Okay, yesterday I took the time to see if anyone else was talking about it on the forum and found a post that explains how to turn off the rotation of characters towards the direction of the camera when you are in the first person. check it out!

After turning off the rotation of the characters, you can create one that rotates only the body parts that you want.
