I have been trying to figure this out ever since I found these types of meshes in the toolbox, and I’ve been trying to replicate this:
The first mesh has two colors in it, one darker and one lighter; yet it doesn’t have a texture and it’s not modified (as in transparency or doublesided toggled to true) in any way.
The second one changes based on the transparency you give it, with a little gradient on it. It doesn’t have a texture either, which makes me confused.
How to make meshes like this?

this isnot the correct category the correct one is building support
I think that have to do with face normals you can search about it on the web
but you will need a 3d software like blender to edit them
the 2nd mesh may have an rgba texture

It’s using Vertex Color feature, you can read about it here
