How do you make npcs claim a plot or request something?

Hi

Is it possible to make an npc claim a plot or have them request certain things?

Yes. You can program the npcs to perform certain actions. Like if you want the npc to move you can use Character Pathfinding. Basically you will need to program these things to make them happen.
