I have been trying to make UGC for a while but can never find a tutorial. Can someone help me?

A bit confused on your post here, are you trying to make a UGC item yourself publish it to the catalog for people to purchase? If that’s what you’re trying to do, then it’s currently not possible as you have to be in the UGC program to be able to post UGC items in the catalog. There is only a select amount of users in the UGC program at the moment and I don’t believe we will be getting access to making our own UGC items.
However, if you meant by making an item yourself through blender just to show off to others as something you can do, then you would have to ask someone that has proper experience with blender and making items for public use or showcase.
