How do you remove terrain?

I want to make a hole in the terrain to create a basement-like area here, but the current terrain editor only has options that add terrain. How do I remove terrain?

Evening @YozyRoblox! Its actually quite simple :D!

Upon opening terrain:

And then looking for the Transform one shown–

You simply just drag click to the same size as well as move it to the location you want, then your going to want to swap over to the Fill mode–then press the one called Air!

Then simply just press Fill and your done ^^
