How would someone smooth out parts like that/make it not look blocky, or smooth out parts in general?

You can union them and see if the SmoothingAngle property wants to work, but it usually doesn’t. Use Blender.

Yeah, i think the only solution is to make it in blender like @rolbloxguy1876 said.
Fairly sure that’s your only option here, plus I’m sure there’s a bunch of starter tutorials on how to use blender if you’re uncertain on how to use it

You can increase the amount of parts used to make the curve.
