How do you talk to a human on roblox support?

I’ve been having an issue with the stripe integration on the creator marketplace. I lost access to my phone number, so I cannot receive a code on it, and I am not able to change it.
I contacted roblox support numerous times, and each time they seem completely unaware about the stripe integration, telling me to contact Stripe. The nice part is Stripe support themselves told me to contact Roblox as they are equipped with the tools to carry out my request, but they simply don’t want to :person_shrugging: .

By the way, when they said “we have done everything they can” they meant replying after a week, before which they disabled 2FA on my roblox account without being asked to. Real helpful  .

So, since Roblox is the only one equipped with the necessary tools to deal with my issue, and they do not even know what I’m talking about when I email them, and get repetitive responses every time, I am inclined to believe a majority of support requests are handled by some kind of really cheap garbage LLM API, and so I’m looking for a way to talk to a human who can actually solve my problem, I’ve been stuck with this forever and every interaction with Roblox ended the exact same way.

usually at the first report its a human, any more that is related to the first report will be a bot
(there are only 19 staff members of roblox support i think)

Hey got the same exact issue, both Supports telling me the other needs to do that, any Updates from your side?

Anything sent through Roblox Support is reviewed by humans (except for enforcement bans, which can be reviewed by bots)

I know their responses sound AI generated but in fact they are actual moderators reading emails. They just use templates (pre-written message forms) to reply to emails, and they follow strict guidelines.
