How does games make advance animation

Are these game making these animations by another software but I don’t think you can do that or are these animations made by the moon animator because I’ve barely used moon animator so I don’t know if you can make these advance animation on moon animator or are these animation made by animating and a lot of programming to have these detail effects. What I mean by programming is like making the parts invisible, tweening, etc.

Sorry the file doesnt load, and mostly advanced animators make them with time and effort using roblox

These look more like TweenService and some particleemitters, not a actual animation. TweenService requires a bit of coding knowledge.
