I’m unsure if I have to create separate code to make sure the percentage work properly.
In my game, (VT's Difficulty Chart Obby - Roblox) apparently 3.9% of the people have beaten the game. However, compared to the amount of players (That have played), this percentage doesn’t make sense. Is the percentage calculated by comparing against ALL players that have once joined, or is it dependent on the code?

I think % is based on the Won Yesterday, not the Won Ever.
You can’t control the % on badges, its handled by Roblox.

AFAIK badges hold their own total number of players based on who plays after the badge was created, not totaled by the place’s visits. If not, any new badge added to a game would immediately have an impossible rarity.
I once ran a place with a “you played” style badge that I added after I had ~500 visits and it remained at 100% rarity despite up to 500 people never having gotten it.

Not after the badge was created, I think its after the first user got awarded the badge.
