How does the Filtered Devices section work?

So I am not sure how this even works. But my game has VERY frequent crashes due to the sheer size of it. But my crash logs on the filtered devices say this.

I have checked the devforums and it said it regenerates them upon updating your game and publishing it!

But so far nothing has happened or changed since I have created my game.

Does anybody know how I can make it actually show up a proper crash log so I can adress the issue?

Depends how frequent the crashes are IG. From my own game, I think it only shows it if the player crashes within like 1 minute.

Also, filtered devices doesn’t actually show you much in regards to particular issues causing the crashes. It just shows how long each device can be ingame before crashing. e.g

Its weird. My game should be having an insane crash rate as the map in total is over 15 million triangles. I unrender it via a optimization script by parenting the meshes into nil, but people in the group wall still frequently complain as their devices constantly crash.
