I have been wondering for a bit how to make these “Paper” 2D trains in some Roblox train games, like this for example in “Stepford County Railway Legacy”:
And heres another one from the game “Mind the Gap”:
Does anyone have like a model or a tutorial for these type of trains? I remember looking everywhere but couldn’t find a thing related to these.
They appear to be a simple, low poly train mesh with a texture.

You can try searching the toolbox using something like “train mesh,” but I doubt you’ll find what you’re looking for.
If I had to guess, you’d have to make them yourself or hire someone to make them for you.
It’s just like a 2D flat version of the outside of the train right? Because I am experienced with Blender mostly.
Yeah, it looks totally flat to me.
Well that seems like the only way to build them, thanks! I’m pretty sure I could need help with applying a texture, but I think I can find a video or a guide on doing a texture.
