How good are UGC at building player base

Hi, im a creator of a game with an average of 100 CCU, im looking to grow it into 250-500 CCU with the help of UGC prizes (The player completes various tasks for UGC).

How effective are ugcs at attracting new players and how many stocks should I put (budget is 50k)

Here are some stats

what you do with your money is your business, so i cant tell you how to spend it. but what i’ve seen on the main pages of roblox is that they do grow the audience because many people go “oh my gosh i can get the free ugc item without paying money wowowowo”, so people would do quite literally anything to get something for free, especially ugc collectors.

but what you’ve got to know is that after they’ve got everything they will NOT return. maybe you’re lucky and they bring their friends alongside for them to play with.

Is it a good way to artificially inflate the statistics so roblox would recommend it more to my target audiences?

Depends on if the game revolves around the UGC items or not, otherwise you’ll just be in a loop like GoodSide said

I’d say it depends on what the UGCs themselves are, and the difficulty of getting them. It will for sure help a bit, so it’s good to do and add it into the game! Don’t make it all about the UGC though, make it a small addition, not a big update that only focuses on the item though!

i don’t think inflating anything’s a good way to pick up where you’re left off, maybe you should do it in a regular way, but i’m pretty sure it’d be helpful if you’d modify the settings of your game which are intended to help with target audiences.
