What I mean is I want to remove this outlines:
And make it look like R6 without outlines / Smoothed Edges.
How I can do that without need reweld everything and use common parts?

You could maybe use meshes, I am not sure but I used meshes to correct edges and make it look like R6
I tried to use meshes but it just got a blank texture and even if I change to other color still blank.
It inst, is literally R15 Model or something like that.
