I want to know if there is an actual way to make the scale tool
switch automatically to 1,2 studs when I want to change the height of the part, and also switch back to 1 stud when I want to change the width
P.S sorry for the english, it’s not my native language
Try using a resizing plugin as well as your normal Scale tool.
Set one of them to 1 stud, set the other one to 1.2 studs and just use whichever you need.
Either that or just set the Scale tool to .2 studs and be careful with it.
I’m building a blocky-style terrain, and to do that I need some tool that can do what I wrote in my question. And setting my scaling tool between 1,2 and 1 studs every time is very difficult for me, as I always forget to do it.
No, what I said was to use 2 tools, the Roblox tool and another build tool, and have different settings on both. You’d have to select each tool when you to and from the Y axis though.
A tool I like is Studio Build Suite (I’m pretty sure the latest version is by Fractality).
What was the reason you decided 1.2 studs for height instead of 1?
I decided to use 1.2 studs because I want to make a lego style game, and to do that I need to make a regular brick a little higher so that it really replicates the original Lego brick size, plus I recently found out that old roblox builds used 1.2 high bricks.
