No, but Roblox won’t delete the games unless the actual copyright owners tell them to. The creators are basically banking on the fact that DBZ’s lawyers won’t care enough to get them taken down.

Not necessarily, you can get banned and your game taken down for having close names and assets just like 3Zeuss did with his fortnite tycoon. Most of the time it is fine unless called out by the founding company.

Correcting this part. They will indeed do this without the copyright owners asking them to but only on rare occasions.
Roblox has no way of knowing if they have permission from the original copyright holders, so I seriously doubt they would ever do this.

They have, as stated, 3Zeuss did get his fortnite tycoon deleted and his account banned.
Tencent probably sent a DMCA or something. Roblox has neither the incentive nor the rights to enforce other people’s copyrights based on their own judgement.

Hmm, pretty sure Chloegames made a video saying there was no copyright deletion requested, perhaps I remembered wrong?
