Wow, great mascot! The only thing I’d recommend is to maybe add some texture/material to the hat and the lollipop. Other than that, nice work!

In my opinion, the suit should match a color scheme. This could be brown, pink, or yellow from the colors you’re using, or any combination of them. I’d also recommend having some sort of accessory for the face and suit (such as a bowtie) to make it feel more full and personalized. This would also give his silhouette more definition.
