Simple and modern house, but I liked it, I really don’t know what is missing in the details, so, good house!

So, I fee like the Exterior is pretty descent. But instead of you adding a blue part to show its a glass. Why don’t you use the opacity function or the glass material? I feel like it would be better. You should increase the scale of the parts on the floor and probably add a concrete material under it and leave just a little bit of gap between them parts to make it look aesthetic. If you don’t know what I’m talking about its this part:

I feel like the spacing is too much.

It kind of has that apartment look of it, then a house, however I feel like the overall structure of the building is a bit dull the pattern on the balcony could be improved consider going for a wood plank feel that’s what’s normally seen on balcony’s or something similar to that however it’s up to you.

The house imo is good and the layout is neat maybe adding some detail such as looking at images to help you with getting the design your trying to achieve. Also the material on the rails doesn’t look appealing try removing the glass material and maybe add poles instead of glass along the lines.

Maybe place other color pallets on the house and then add the other objects to it. Also try adding details on the outside such as plant pots and chairs in the front at the start it’s a bit early in development hope to see updated version soon.

I really like the modern aspects and simpleness of this build!
Here are my suggestions though:

  • I recommend making the build a little less blocky, just so its more eye catching

  • My second suggestion is to make the roofs over hang. just to get a more modern feeling

  • Last, but not least, I think you should add a modern pathway and a garden leading to a door out front, just to spike up the detail

But other then that, I think it looks pretty good! :smile:
