How is this lighting

I’m not a builder or a modeler, I am UI Designer and a scripter, and I’ve tried making a small lighting billboard advertisement post on a road

Idk its just 2 lights, not divided

Point lights are pretty good, I like the rays you got there. A little squarish, but that’s not a problem.
It would be better if the lights could be rotated to face the billboard and not the ground. Unless you want to put the ad on the floor, lol.

buuut, i would say i like the addition of the beams, and as mega said the lights being divided looks a bit weird

you should increase the range so they combine a little bit, also add pointlights at the top that have 0.5-0.9ish brightness, and also make the grey part another material since neon looks a bit weird

are you saying that why the UI is lighting up? well thats bcuz ui arent effected by light duh decals are

Future lighting is really unoptimized, it’s good for realistic showcases but Voxel is the best lighting if you want your game to look good and perform good.

I like the readability of the billboard itself. If you wanted to go down another route, you could widen the pointlights and darken the SurfaceGui with LightInfluence set to 1, and rely on the pointlights! But as far as readability goes, this is perfect.

This Lighting seems a little bit weird while using these little 2 parts that contain either SurfaceLight or SpotLight.

Also, I believe fully that this topic should be transferred to another category that BigRudeOwl provided a bit above:

Try put the two lights closer so there isn’t a gap.

Why use 2 lights? Just use one and make it’s radius bigger so it covers more area and saves you a part. I would also recommend using plugins when building.
