The other day I saw this person with the following stats. How did they even become a member in the first place and how they were able to become a member of the developer forum.

Probably because they joined a year ago when the rules were different. You also automatically get promoted to member by the system for reading the forums for a certain amount of hours

The automated system was added in January 2019, for the record. This user was probably added as part of Roblox’s international outreach program, where they invited devs who speak other languages. That or they’re a Roblox employee who needs to be a Member for their job, but in that case I’d assume they’d be doing more after their promotion.
