A recent moderation action was taken on my ‘not-related-to-development’ bio, I’m not sure if this is affecting my access since this error started occuring when Roblox was attacked.
I’ve gotten a couple (2) violations on the Talent Hub for posting offsite links (my portfolio website), I was still able to apply, seems like a glitch.
This started happening before the DDoS attack, it would probably be easier if Roblox at least told us what the error was. (or a number to refer to) At the moment the only thing I can do is find the creator’s discord and message them there.
I’m unsure if the outage was caused by a DDoS attack, this was before any of the major outages happened. The Talent Hub is working fine for me (as of 2021-11-03T04:00:00Z).
If you’re able to post a Bug Report I would recommend filing one.
Since the Talent Hub is still fairly new, you should expect the occasional bug. I think this may have something to do with the major outage, though.
I’m unsure if this was a full ‘action’, since there was a pop-up saying ‘Your Bio has been moderated.’ yet no warnings/other actions. I changed my Bio and didn’t see any history/messages sent to me. As for customer service, I’ve tried sending many requests yet none of them gave me a response.
(all requests were about different questions/issues)
roblox has confirmed multiple times they weren’t attacked, it was an underlying bug in the software that took a long time to find and fix. the ‘attack’ is a rumour.
Thank you, I just joined my friend in a roblox game and roblox updated, I reloaded the talent hub page and tried the application again (it works now, somehow). I don’t really think these 2 events are linked in any way, but thanks for the info!
