I’ve been waiting the best part of 3 hours for my game icons to be approved but they have been pending. It’s really annoying as the game has a few hundred players so its harming the game.
sometimes it takes like 1 minute, sometimes they never end up getting approved/declined. Probably has something to do with whether or not automated services are used to moderate the item or not, but I don’t understand why some items never get approved/declined at all. For example, this shirt I tried to upload: Catalog - Roblox

One of my clothing pieces kept getting moderated, accepted then moderated again.
If it’s still not loading, I just recommend reuploading it. If this doesn’t work, it’s most liely to do with the automated services as @Chatowillwin mentioned.
