I sponsored my Roblox game about 8 hours ago, but I haven’t seen any views or data on the ad yet. How long does it usually take for sponsored ads to start showing results for my game?

same, I don’t know why, I’m pretty sure that you HAVE to have money in your bank account for it to work, since the default CPP is $0.05 it needs money. Although, Roblox also does have to do a few moderation checks on sponsored games now, if you’ve seen the sponsored tab you’ll know why.
Edit, in the edit tab, it states it it can take 2 or more hours to save changes, I assume this also means it can take 2+ hours to get your game noticed or out there.
