How many actions can you bind at once in Context Action Service

For the past few days, I was noticing that I cannot bind more than 7 actions when I used my Context Action Service wrapper. I also tried it using the context action service directly from game:GetService("ContextActionService").

Is this a Roblox Bug, or a bug on my end?
