How many frames is the render engine locked at?

What number of frames is the Roblox engine locked at? (NOT machine performance dependent step rate)
Is it universal or only device specific?

Roblox limits the frames per second to 60.

I’m pretty sure that VR runs at 90fps.

It is locked but can also be unlocked using other programs.
