I would say anywhere from R$4000 - R$10,000. It looks great!

If you were to make an entire map,even if it’s just a small one and only terrain, it would sell a lot quicker and for more. At least in my mind.
However, I definitely think the island in it’s self looks fantastic! Amazing job.

Considerations
If you’re going to sell it, consider how useful it would be for the game developer to own your map, have you:
- Considered how players would play on your map
- Considered the Player Size It’ll handle
- Considered how optimized your building/modeling is
- Considered how modular (easy it’ll be to add/expand upon for the game developer)
- Considered if it’d fit the style of the developer’s game
The most important question:
Is this a showcase or an actual game map?
My Thoughts
I hoped you’ve came up with your own answer or changed your expectations a bit from reading the above, I think the island has great placement and generally looks presentable.
My concerns:
(Blender Applicable):
Concern: The meshes look unnecessarily dense in segments and loops cuts.
Solution: You can try to remedy this with limited dissolve, or lowering the triangle count then smooth shading with a roblox material.
TLDR: It could be more optimized.
Concern: Not modular. You can’t just add it to someone’s part based line up of maps, it’s not a flexible product.
Solution: N/A
TLDR: When you take parts out of the question, loading it in is a lot more painful and it closes yourself off to a market of developers.
My Answer
The meshes look fine, they’re repeated quite a bit, looks like the entire map is spread around 5-9 unique meshes, the terrain doesn’t look too special, it’s presentable.
Money Count: I’d give it 500 Robux just based off of an utilitarian front, feels like I’m just paying for the higher triangle count meshes at that point.

I would say that from 4,500 R$ to 10K R$, but it dwpends on the buyer. 
The guy asks for advice on how much to sell it, not to ask for feedback on the build. He also mentions he made it for himself and you ask if its a game map.
