Hi! I’m sepro1144, and I decided to start building maps a couple days ago. This is my first map, and, just so I’m clear, is NOT FINISHED. I am simply making this post for feedback on what something like it could sell for? It is a pretty big map (around 1000 studs), and I’m working on adding paths, mountains along the paths, a town in the center, and some small houses along the paths. I’m also going to be adding many trees. I’m hoping I will be able to sell the finished product for around 5-10k, and will update this picture when it’s finished.
For one of your first map builds, it’s great and has a ton of potential! For basic maps like these,
well. The price can fluctuate. One big thing when designing maps, is avoiding copying and pasting large sections of mountains or a feature over and over. No one says you have to do this, and it’s totally up to you if you want to, but if you do, its a highly justifiable reason to charge even more for your works. More effort = more moolah. The map right now I would say is about 1-2k, but once you get going with adding more in-depth details in the environment, it can easily be bumped up. Good luck!
Looks good, but I don’t agree with 50k robux. That’s too much for this particular map.
I’d say you could sell it for about a little over 2.5k as it is now, whenever you add more detail and overall put more effort into the map you could sell it for a lot more than 2.5k. Good luck finishing the map!
For your very first map it, looks quite good, i can see you are going for a kind of town map with other features implemented around different places. Of the map however. Regarding how much should i sell this map, will for know i can you only added mountains! Around the the whole map but i know it’s still in progress but overall if. I was to give a price i would say around 2k - 10k since it doesn’t have the houses, town, trees and other little features you plan on adding. But since it’s still. Being worked on your going to implement! The final details around the whole map such as the houses, trees, town, paths, ect. It could go for, even more depending on the quality of the whole map and detailed! With the different details you plan on adding. But since it’s not fully, completed you should always price your work based, off the amount of hours you spent! On it but i do believe it should go higher if it’s, a high quality map but like i said above. If you plan on adding those.
Details you said i know this map, could be even more however that is the price i’ll, choose if i was to sell it overall it really has a nice. Style to it i would just recommend you add the! Final details to the whole map overall your creation so, far as i feel it could be more things added to it! And i would recommend you make different. Styles of trees instead copying and pasting, them all through the map. So it could be a fully completed town map anyways the map so far looks quite good far i would just put more effort into it and i know this map will be even more depending on the quality. Overall you have a decent map!
