How much do you think this game can make in terms of revenue, and how much should I spend ads on it?

its actually hard to say. because most obby games don’t do well but you still have some really popular obby games out there. your looks decent its not the best out there. i would have to ask you what’s your budget? like how much are you able to spend on ads?

i wouldnt honestly risk 10k robux on this. maybe try 1k and see how it goes. if it didnt work out you would have to actually put time into it and use
your own assets.

I haven’t checked out the game yet (I am not on a device that has access to roblox at the moment) but depending on how you advertise it and how well it is made you probably have a chance of making a little bit of money off this. Often times I will see very bad games and obbies made completely with free models that make tons of robux, so if your game is seen (again, I haven’t looked at the game yet, I will later) and people like it you have the potential to make a good amount of robux from it. Also, I love difficulty chart obbies.

I made a game called Rager Obby and it made a bunch of visits by it being in #help-and-feedback:cool-creations and with a 1000 robux advertisement. It definitely made revenue as players would fail but since they want to get to the end they would buy a skip. It made 1000 visits in just a few days.

A couple of tips before your release it…

  1. Anchor the statue! I can literally push it off the platform, lol
  2. Capitalize the letters in the title! First impressions are everything, and you don’t want players to think that you’re too lazy to capitalize the title.
  3. Seeing as your game is an obby, set the default avatar type to R6.

Just like the person I’m replying to said, please make the game R6. The problem with R15 and difficulty chart obbies is that some animation packages gives you a complete advantage, or will make you most likely have a bad time at each stage. Obby? R6.

I don’t know if this is really going to affect anything, but uh don’t bombard the player with tons of product purchases in there face. Example, first spawning in the game, and it already asks the player to buy something. I think placing a GUI for the actual thing instead of a “get up in there face approach” might be better. It might annoy some people but I ain’t no expert on that. Or do the same that you did with the donation boards.
