How much does it cost to make a High-End Simulator Game?

Hey!
I was thinking of creating my very own High-End Simulator Game, though I’m not quite sure how much Robux I would need to invest in order for the game to have a good success rate. That’s why I’ve turned to the Dev Forum in order to ask you more experienced Developers/Game Owners how much I would need to put into a game to achieve a successful High-End Simulator Game. I’m aiming for 100 concurrent players as I have yet to make a “Successful” Game, they have all flopped probably due to incorrect investments and poor update choices.

It would be very helpful if you noted how much you think it would cost in hiring Developers, Running ads, Hiring GFX, and so on. Many thanks.

I will suggest a few things.

  1. Keep an eye on the collaboration category for users that might meet your requirements for hiring (if you choose to hire other developers).
  2. It can require patience, dedication, hard work, luck and skill to create a “high end” simulator (on your own or if your hiring) so keep it in mind.

Depending on how much time and effort you put into the game it most likely will have 100 concurrent players, make sure to add something that makes players want to keep coming back to the game. There are also a few forum posts on how much Robux to advertise a day, developer wise I think you should determine that and it could get pricey depending on what you want built and the scripts you want in the game. hope this helps!

All together if you were hiring a developer for every aspect of your game, I would say 25K probably. That is if you really do want a high end simulator.

My definition of successful is different, as a strategic management lad, but I’d say 150,000 Robux is a solid amount for something sustainable. However, this can be cheaper given you’ve a more innovative concept.
