How much estimated money do people make off premium payouts?

I’m still a little unclear how much you make off premium payouts. If one premium player plays your game for ten minutes, and then spends an hour on different games every day for the next month, would you make anything from that? Or if not, how much playtime would you need to make a profit?

You’re right about that, it’s based on how many and on how much Premium users play your game. However, the amount of R$ you’ll earn is also based on how much Premium users prefer the other games.

What do you mean by ‘prefer the other games’?

So if one premium player plays your game for ten minutes, and then spends an hour on different games every day for the next month, would you make anything from that?

I think they take into account how much they play your game compared to other games over the next month. (Like this player played your game 30% of the time)

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you.

I mean how much the Premium users play the other games.

Ok, thanks. Is there any way you could be more specific with how much you can make with premium payouts? Or a post that could help? Just for an example, 20 premium players played your game for 10-15 minutes. All of those premium players played other games for 30-40 minutes. How much would you make from that? Sorry if it’s too specific, or too confusing, idk.

Sorry, but I can’t. No one can be specific about this. Not even Roblox staff.

Oof, okay. Thank you anyways!

That was literally my question… But I guess there isn’t any answer.

Specific to my game, with a PPS (Premium Playtime Score) of 2.16 on 3/30/2020 it projected that I earned 158 Robux, which I think is a nice chunk of change. Later, when my playercount dipped and not as many people were playing, I had a PPS of 0.18, and that gave about 34 robux. Finally, albeit the same score of 0.18 occurred, I earned 0 robux. The premium payouts system seems to not be proportional to anything, and I think Roblox likes to keep it obscure, such as how YouTube likes to keep how their algorithm works obscure.

To whom it may concern, here is an image of my premium payouts graph:

Thanks for the useful graph, do you know how many people played your game on 3/30/2020, and what the average playtime length was? I think I’m getting more of an idea of exactly how much premium payouts pays.
