OMG, this looks so cool, I am a pretty much beginner in building but this looks awesome, I think this build could be worth around 14 - 18k Robux.

If this is after the buyer’s demands, I would price it 30-80K.
If this wasn’t after the buyer’s demands, but includes asset packs and other cosmetics, I would place it at 10-15K.
If you’re just selling a build that you made for yourself, it’s unlikely that anyone would buy it, and even if someone’s interested you’ll have to remodel certain things for him.

I would not suggest you to listen to people that basically tells you to sell it as a masterpiece, because a decal, some assets packs or modern GUIs etc may be able to fit into wider range of creations and games, but a full entire build of a stylish hotel, that would be too precise to be able to be sold easily.

I would place it anywhere between 10k - 50k however I’m not too sure why someone would buy it and what they’d be buying it for, unless you already have a willing audiance.

It depends on Budget. But this type of masterpiece can easily sold for around 75K-125K Robux.

I say at least 50k so that you can devex it for some extra money. Maybe even a little more depending on how much time you put into it and other details.

This is very nice the lighting,the decoration,textures and the design it feels so fresh so you can push ur price up to 40K very good work very talented!

1k USD, amazing build. Might be to much but I think 1k USD (100k robux) is reasonable for your amazing build.
