Hello there i have been trying to build a low poly house for the first time ever and it came out to be good i dont know how much i should sell it for as it is my first low poly build but i would like to get a good price for it:
Here are the images:
Thatâs not really a castle, itâs a house. The build looks good with window detailing which in nice with good style choice. I think the roof looks a bit odd, being 2 parts instead of 1 and the curve. This could be good for somebody to use for models aswell as a separate build with the small tress, window clock, porch etc. One downside is no interior which doesnât matter much. Overall, looks pretty awesome and good job! Iâd pay around 2k for it if I really needed it and maby pushed to 2.5
2K is a very reasonable price for this build. This is very well made and definitely has some value. The two things that I would change is the roof by adding more detail and making it fit in with the rest of the build, and the windows. The window pattern and color looks a bit odd with the theme youâre going for. Besides that, this is an amazing build.
I wasnât really thinking a solid color. I was thinking a window that you could partially see the inside through or something clear or a toned down blue because the skybox is black and the windows shouldnât be such a bright blue with a dark background, even though that doesnât really matter. You donât need to change the windows because they still look pretty nice, but if you could think of how to make the windows better thatâs a suggestion.
As much as I would love to, I currently am short on robux and I donât have a current project to use it for. This is an amazing build and I hope you get a buyer, but I was just throwing out some advice for you.
Looks great, however Iâm sorry to burst your bubble but this isnât typically how assets are sold (or even where, go to #collaboration:asset-marketplace for that).
Why? Well because studios donât typically buy single assets (or even pre-made maps). Studios buy asset packs so their map creator can spend less time designing assets and more time world building. A single asset is nothing when a game can require dozens if not hundreds of assets, so until you expand on this with additional assets, by itself itâs a great portfolio piece
Ok sure I will take that in mind and it just for my:smiley: showcase, I found that out just right now so Iâm going to leave creating maps and start creating small assets and also start getting hired thanks for the reply!
I think the colours might need a little work. The window colour seems to clash a bit and the roof seems a little odd. Gives me almost steampunk vibes. Still quite good.
To improve I would just adjust the roof and colours. The trees also should have some variation so it doesnât seem so âcopy and pastedâ.
For a price, I think 1000-1500 maybe on a good day. Thatâs because it would be hard for someone to put this with their own buildings if the styles donât necessarily match.
With the adjustments I suggested, I would be willing to say 1500-2000. But again, itâs hard to sell things that arenât part of a set. Still very good for your first time building a low poly build.
