If you want it “fast”, it may not be as “good” as you expected. When are you expecting it to be done? A month?
Doesn’t really matter but less than 3 months for sure.
If you want it “fast”, I recommend hiring multiple developers. For example, one developer for building… one developer for scripting, etc. This will speed up the process. The prices will depend on them.
