So I would like to make a school roleplay game, but I’m too lazy to do everything myself. Can someone break down how much I’d need to pay a team that actively develops for the long term and fixes bugs? This includes building, scripting, UI, GFX, and anything else. I’m also looking for a low poly build.

So, Honestly, it depends on what you need done, how detailed it will be, and the level of skill present on the team. (More skill/work = more to pay.)
Scripters
Alright, Scripters are the main aspect of most games, so they’d need a bit of the pay, I think scripters should usually get 30-35% of the pay, (This can change depending on how many you have,)
Builders
Now builders could also be paid similar, Since this will be a school RP, you’d need quite a bit of builds. So, Builders could take about 15-25%.
UI
I think that UI is probably the most important in any RP, (Because I feel a welcoming UI would bring people in.) So UI designers could take 5-15%.
GFX
Nah, they don’t need a percentage, depending on the detail you want on the GFX, I’d pay them 2k-4k. (This will change depending on the detail.)
Advertisements
This is definitely important, for any game. Usually games spend a majority of their starting money on ads to bring more people in. This is up to you however,
CONCLUSION
There’s lots to do, But it’s up to you on how much you pay.
