It looks good, I personally never purchase finished assets, I’d just purchase someone to do something specific for me.
Personally, if I’d request someone to do of equal (a bit higher though) quality, I’d purchase it for around 15k. But this is an act of purchasing the artist’s brand and fidelty.
In conclusion, this specific house has no real objective value as all on roblox, however subjectively it could very likely go for a high number. I see that you’ve recently joined and is the new to the industry, so I’d really recommend you that you make a portfolio of all your proudest work and then open yourself up hire.
I feel like I’ve seen half of the decorations inside of the house, are they free-models? If so I wouldn’t part with more than 100 ROBUX for this build. It’s extremely basic at best.
Honestly 15k is WAY too much for such a build. I’d say 3k-5k at most.
Well, we come from different backgrounds.
I purchase things that are investments to me, see how nike is. That drawing is so simple that you and I can make it, yet it is worth billions of dollars now.
15k is fair because it shows I am purchasing the potential of what this build can make. If my game is centered around houses, a house to me is worth a lot. If my game were centered around motorbikes, I could price motorbikes at 15k too but houses at maybe 1k. Value is based on usability, which is is all subjective.
You might have seen them in your own house. I’m actually unsure of how you came to this conclusion, especially since the images of the build provided are very tiny and I am only able to make out what each furniture is.
@Stylxus I think you should include larger screenshots so or just link the place if you’re fine with that. So we don’t have to strain our eyes.

I never stated I would purchase it, as it doesn’t have any value to me right now, but if I was in need of a build of that quality, I’d commission someone for that price.

Uh a bit hard to comprehend that sentence as it is not grammatically coherent but I am guessing you’re asking what you could improve on? In that case:
I’d ask you to read up on colour theory and how it may affect the player’s view on it. The structure is fundamentally flawed however I believe that the layout is pretty nice. @TrustMeImRussian’s tutorials may give you an insight on how to improve, I know he helped me a lot!
The exterior design is pretty good as I have previously mentioned, but you have said that the interior furnitures were not made by you. Therefore, I believe that you should work on that aspect a little.
