How should I design a racing game's UI?

Hello! I am currently creating a new racing game, however, I do not know how I should create the UI. I want to make sure that the UI will not affect User Friendliness at all.

If you don’t know how to design a UI, you can always get some inspiration by searching up whatever type of UI you want. For example, I searched up racing games UI and saw a bunch of them. Here’s one of the UIs I saw that looked pretty good:
