What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
When I publish my game, I want to be able to get a few players at the start. The problem is that I don’t want to spend loads of money on something that might not work. I know I can make a good game, but in my experience getting people to actually play is a nightmare. I have heard people saying to utilize social media, but in what way? Do I do devlogs, demos, gameplay trailers, a release video, or something entirely different? Also, is it worth using long-format content like on youtube (not shorts) or is it only worth using short-form. Are banner ads worth it? There are so many questions I have that I feel like someone with more time publishing can answer for me.
