How should I go about this lobby?

One of my developers feel that the lobby is too cluttered, and I personally dont. But thats not the point, I want to hear what I should add/remove to this lobby to make it feel less “cluttered” and more lively. This game is a sword fighting game with a retro roblox style.

I’m assuming that this is a lobby where you wait for one game to finish to join in the next, so there will probably be many players walking around which will make it feel maybe not cluttered, but small- I’d personally just make the rooms a bit wider, that may help the feeling of a lot of things being put in one small room (that may not be the best solution but its my suggestion!). I do think everything is spaced out nicely though

This lobby looks good, but it does look cluttered. Just make it bigger in size. Nice job on it!

It seems too cluttered?

Actually, here is my suggestion.

Make it more cluttered, not only do you standout from the rest by doing this, you are also adding more depth to the environment of your lobby, consider the following :

  • Give your rooms a bit more space. (Make them wider)
  • Viewport frames. (Got to love them, portals, illusions)
  • Add some interactivity. (Some random physics objects for players to mess around with)
  • Hidden stuff. (Breakable wall, easter eggs)

The potential is endless given the theme of this game, do not restrict yourself with influence from other games, go wild.
