I don’t know the success rate of this new moderation enforcement ban system - but what I am noticing is there’s always a new wave of active players being negatively affected by this.
there’s thousands of active players right now that will face terminations that are INEVITABLE due to roblox’s poor AI asset moderation.
what I am trying to say is;
there’s players right now who aren’t banned but will eventually get banned/terminated due to whatever AI moderation that is handling the moderation of player’s who uploaded assets in the past.
If you have been on roblox long enough, you will know you could essentially upload anything spanning from copyright, maybe even something that wasn’t violent back then on the platform but now is is considered violent now in today’s roblox
and the cycle will repeat, they will be on here specifically asking for answers and looking to appeal.
I strongly believe when it comes to reviewing player uploaded assets it should be manually reviewed by a human, especially more of an exception if the asset was uploaded between the earlier years of roblox when it was a whole different platform as a whole (2009-2016)
anyone who has been on this platform long enough knows how different roblox was during the earlier years and what was allowed back then is clearly not allowed now.
many users have different accounts as well
what if you uploaded an asset that got moderated on a secondary account, now your main account and any other accounts you made will succumb to the enforcement ban and get deleted. (this is my situation)
enforcement bans or banning for evading a ban should only be a reason if you make a NEW account after the posted ban date or something.
what if your secondary account gets banned and you don’t know that it does, then you log into your main account and you just “poisoned” your main account cause your secondary account had an active ban so now your main account will get terminated for ban evading
none of this is fair

honestly this doesn’t seem as much of an issue with the enforcement ban as it does with getting banned for the assets.
Id say that if the user isn’t actively creating assets that infringe IP and what not, then Roblox should just remove the asset, banning the account as a whole is just kinda dumb in most cases
Now in other cases where lets say you exploited, or did really weird stuff, then getting an enforcement ban is reasonable. So as I mentioned earlier this doesn’t seem like an issue of enforcement bans, more of an issue of the punishment you received.
I have no idea if that made sense but I hope it does lol.
As to answer the title of the post, I don’t think there’s any way to graph the success rate of an enforcement ban cause Roblox hasn’t publicly announced how its doing to my knowledge.
ye ye
Also don’t quote me on this but there might be a way to appeal the actions you’ve received, I could’ve sworn I saw somewhere that Roblox was doing something to help out in these situation to a certain degree.
You’d have to look for it, and I don’t know if I’m just going crazy so don’t get your hopes up.
But reaching out to support couldn’t hurt, might as well.
best of luck, and I hope these issues are resolved!

yes - perhaps I should of worded it better.
there’s a difference between enforcement bans and the whole wave of AI moderated asset bans that players like myself have received, but I guess what I am also trying to say is that, once banned/terminated by receiving the AI moderated asset ban it does or can lead into a wave of enforcement bans to all your accounts as well
I do agree that anyone exploiting receiving enforcement bans can make sense cause how easy it use to be when banned for exploiting you could just make a new account and receive no consequence on the new account.
yeah I figured there isn’t going to be any real analytics of enforcement ban’s success rate ahaha - however I am just throwing it out there cause it seems much more problematic than successful
thank you for your input and time though
