I’m currently working on an ocean liner project and have been struggling with the lighting aspect (the lighting often makes the game look unrealistic).
When I switch between SOFT and REALISTIC lighting, for about a second the lighting becomes really realistic before switching into the over/underlit studio lighting. Here’s a clip and images of what is happening.
Realistic Lighting
Looks like the brightness if you compare Realistic Lighting and “Transition” I would recommend modifying Brightness Values to attempt to achieve the look.
However, it seems you are using Unified Lighting. Not sure if you know but Unified Lighting is NOT AVAILABLE in the base game. It will automatically convert to Shadow Map Technology in the base game. You will need to disable it if your planning to make this public for players to play.
Trying modifying the parts to become their respective material type - realistic lighting bounces light dependent on the part material. That would explain the extreme glare on the ceiling in your first image.
