I want to achieve the same effect as on the photos. Obviously (or not?) its not a room/union block (but i might be wrong). So is it beams, or anything else? I can’t understand, help.

The blur in the first picture?
What looks like white streams in the second picture? (which in it’s really tiny format is hard to see what’s going on)
The white background on the 1 and 2 picture.
I can send bigger version of second photo, but its does not change anything i guess
I thought its was beams at first, but once i tried to do it, i couldn’t get the same effect. MAYBE its a just a white neon object, but i don’t think so, and also objects doesn’t have same effect as there.
Is it a white Part right behind the player that’s on the client so only that player can see it?
Oh, wait, I think I saw a similar effect in Broken Bones 5.
I’m pretty sure they pushed the Saturation of the lighting to insanely high numbers on that effect.

I want to make player still visible, including his avatar, and make other parts unable to see, but yeah this effect is very simular to what i want to achieve

I couldn’t remember if I was seeing my avatar during that phase of the game. Of course there was a lot going on at that time and I rarely actually look to see my avatar.
