Was wondering if there was a way to add a Shadow over the Game Icon, or does it have to be done in Photoshop?

The grand piece logo looks to be a gif. There are multiple resources to import gifs to ROBLOX.
Here is a youtube video on how to put the gifs in roblox.
You could use a video editor to apply the effect.
