How to add multiple keyframes at once?

I tried to select multiple parts and Right Click > “Add Keyframe Here” but that only adds one keyframe for one part.

The only way I have right now is doing each body part one by one which is very impractical.

I figured it out just Right Click > Add Keyframe Here on the top bar where the white key nodes representing all keyframes of that time position is
