How to add video to cutscene

QUESTION
hello devs, today I was working on my game and I needed to add a cutscene but it wouldn’t look good if it wasn’t a video. I did some digging and I couldn’t find anything that could help me, so I came here. To allow you to understand what I mean here is a example
If there is no way to do it, is there any other solutions?.

Currently Devs are creating live CutScenes using the Plug-in Moon Animator Suite or Blender.

Uploading videos is not yet available to all Players. ((Hopefully is soon!))

For something like that video linked, I would strongly recommend Moon Editor & researching tutorials.
