How to animate a Ragdoll?

Extra pain when Ragdolls are spawned? I want to add animation. For example, I want to play animations on a physical ragdoll that uses a ragdoll and a ball constraint, such as Rolve’s Unit: classified’s ragdoll. What should I do? Please give me some ideas on which method to use.

Already tried and I want to use animation. Not Body and Velocity. Watch that youtube video please.
