How to appeal my Roblox game?

Before I say anything, it may look like this game does contain self harm or suicide, this is a Russian roulette game. but the game does not have anything of the sort

The original idea of the game was as follows: two players would play rock paper scissors and the loser would take the gun and attempt to shoot themselves, but I predicted that the game would get taken down for this specific reason so I decided to slightly change the gameplay.

I made it that the winner would take the gun and attempt to shoot the other player which is supposed to get rid of the “Self harm and suicide” moderation.

I tried appealing and I’m currently waiting for a response but in the meantime I need someone to think with me, Is this a valid moderation or not? is there anything I can do beside appealing?

alot of roblox games have guns that you can use to shoot other players
did you set the right age Recommendations for your game?

also roblox moderation isnot that good i got banned for uploading a square cut in half but i appealed and the appeal worked

I did not make any changes to the age recommendations, is it too late to do so now?

i am not sure but
if they didn’t accept the appeal ask them that you forgot to change the age recommendations “and ask for a “human” moderator to handle your request”

and asking for a human moderator is important because there is a high chance that an ai will handle your request and not a real person

Roblox support is bad, email roblox and they’ll probably remove the moderation.

its not like the original game you shot the other one with the gun instead of shotting yourself
there are many games on roblox doing that for along time just search for “Roulette”
making the game 13+ will be good

I didn’t think it would matter, I just finished changing the age recommendations to 13+ though, is it possible to bring the game back up now?

Yeah the same thing happened to me and i was able to get it appealed after i updated the age rating

You clearly didnt read the post

His game doesnt have self harm, you shoot other players

They judged your game by its thumbnail, most likely. That’s why it was taken down.

Actually you get a shoot or spare option when you take the gun, does this make my case look any better?

Maybe rename the game, its named russian roulette so it infers youre blowing your own brains out

When you update the age rating and change the name, try again

I updated the age rating and I’m trying again, the current name of the game is [Content Deleted] and I don’t think I can change that, what else can I do?

Usually when you rename a game it takes a few hours to apply

If it still doesnt apply then maybe publish the game to another place

I’m afraid I won’t get a reply since this is my second appeal, I made the game 13+ and got rid of the thumbnail then asked for a human moderator to handle my case, hopefully I can get this solved and thank you for staying by my side.

I managed to appeal assets with multiplie appeals before

Normally always a human moderator responds but it depends if they actually care enough to review
(Except the appeals from https://www.roblox.com/report-appeals#/ since they actually seem like coming from a AI)

It matters to include information when you submit a appeal on why the game got moderated and why this game doesn’t violate the specific rule but just saying like “i was falsely moderated” probably won’t do much

Even if they say you can’t appeal again they wouldn’t just ignore you so its worth a try
