How to apply material on textures?

how to make similar textures on a model?
I understand that you can just make several parts of the model, paint it in the studio and apply a plugin for studs. But what if I have a texture instead of painting? the material of the studs just does not show because of this, please help solve this issue.

In short, how do I combine the studs and texture to make something like a rainbow box?

if your boxes are meshes, then in your modelling softwares texture editor you can create a pbr material with the studs and overlay your texture on top

thats the only way i could really think of going without putting a semi-transparent texture over it which wouldnt look great with the studs underneath


You can achieve this effect by just creating an invisible brick with either a decal or texture, and make it semi-transparent. If you want a more “vibrant” effect, just use ColorCorrection in lighting to adjust the settings.
