How to attach an "Arm/Sleeve" layered clothing on a rig?

Hi y’all! I just want to ask a question regarding the layered clothing for a GFX.

So I tried…

  • a tutorial by CubeBite on how to do one but it didn’t work quite well with the sleeves I put on with the Blocky Rig on Blender.
  • And I experiment different Parent options to see if it sticks properly. So far, “Bone” and “Bone Relative” works well but it can only attach to one part instead of multiple.

If anyone wants to help me out and wanna try out to solve this, here are the following resources you can give it a go:

It’d be nice if you could post a link to the tutorial so we can know what methods you’ve already tried.

I’m assuming you mean something like this happens right? Where the sleeve is parented to the upper arm bone but doesn’t respond to the movement of the lower arm bone.

Have you tried just searching up on youtube for any tutorial on how to attach clothes to a rig like this one?
It doesn’t have to specifically be about roblox, the same idea transfers over.
