Well, if you’re wondering if it’s always going to look like that image. No, it’s all about the angle since it is an illusion.
Build the shape of it, and then you can find the right angle to face the camera.

I think making one of these in 3D could be possible, I have never tried it myself. I am not sure how to do make one of these, but if you are planning on making illusions in the future, I highly recommend using flipped faces in Blender.
